Ingredients:
1 medium onion, sliced into rings
1⁄4 cup tequila
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
3 garlic cloves
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
2 dried chipotle peppers
1 tomato
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds top sirloin or New York strip steak
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt to taste
